We're the growth engine behind Alan's self-serve member acquisition. Our systems directly convert prospects into members through self-service flows and fuel our sales teams with qualified leads for enterprise deals.

We're critical to Alan's growth - powering the marketing tools and content distribution systems that every Alaner uses to share Alan's story across the web.

Your code directly determines how fast Alan grows. Every optimization you ship means more people get access to better healthcare.

Our team of 700+ people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.

• Website: Build and optimize alan.com - the high-traffic platform where millions discover Alan and convert into members across all our markets.

• Marketing Engine: Power up all our acquisition channels (paid, seo, llm etc...) that drive organic and paid traffic at scale. Keep pace with marketing trends and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

• Self-Serve Flow: Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly - from discovery, quote to final signup.

• We also support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan's market position.

You'll actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design)

• Dual impact: You'll work at the intersection of business and product - building systems that drive revenue while crafting user experiences that people love.

We are looking for engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about turning growth challenges and marketing complexity into simple, member-first experiences

• Good experience building and shipping web applications

• You're genuinely interested in the business side - understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and what drives growth

• Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).

• Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.

Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
