About the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Shared Revenue Services team and build reliable, high-performance, and scalable foundational services that are critical to all major revenue workflows within the Clari Platform. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other application and platform engineering teams, and product, design and support partners. An ideal candidate will have a passion for building great products with simplicity, usability, scalability, and reliability in mind.
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a cohesive and exceptional user experience
- Develop and maintain a shared React Frontend component library and design system
- Build interfaces that are easy to build against and meet the requirements of client-facing teams
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack, and improve the observability and reliability of the overall system
- Actively participate in code and design reviews
Qualifications
- Strong technical background, including 2+ years of experience building impactful, large-scale products or systems using Java or a similar object-oriented language
- Experience building React-based web applications
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, data stores, data modeling, OO modeling, indexing, and associated trade-offs
- Proficient in debugging production issues across services and multiple stack layers
- Cross-team communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to designers, support personnel, and other engineers
- Experience with observability tooling in web applications (such as Sentry, Datadog, Hotjar, Pendo, FullStory, Splunk) is a plus
- Familiarity with Storybook is a plus
