What You’ll DoTransform complex, manual permitting workflows into seamless, AI-enabled software experiences
Design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support AI-driven workflows
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver intelligent, user-facing features
Work directly with users to shape product direction and rapidly ship features that drive impact
Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to testing and production deployment
Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
Must have a graduation date within 12 months of applying, or have already graduated
Strong experience in fullstack development, ideally including time at a startup or fast-moving team
Comfortable owning features across frontend, backend, and data layers
Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, or ability to learn quickly
Track record of shipping production systems and making thoughtful trade-offs for speed, reliability, and scalability
