We seek an experienced Fullstack Senior Engineer to join our team of experienced software developers.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

• Inspire and mentor engineers to design software that is maintainable, testable, and observable, demonstrating strong technical leadership.

• Collaborate effectively with peers across regions and organizations, showcasing excellent communication, teamwork, and teaching skills.

• Solve complex engineering challenges with autonomy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, focusing on integration, communication, and interoperability across systems.

• Take a holistic systems approach to analyze use cases, design, implement, and maintain integrated solutions using standard engineering methodologies.

• Research and recommend frameworks and architectural/code design patterns to improve systems.

• Lead and participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Share domain and industry knowledge across teams to enhance engineering practices.

• Advocate for operational excellence by ensuring system resilience, scalability, testing, monitoring, and alerting.

• Provide updates on high-visibility projects to leadership.

• Partner with Product teams to refine and clarify business requirements.

• Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years of development experience, including at least 5 years as an experienced Senior Development Engineer.

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong expertise in developing and delivering highly available enterprise web applications using Java, Kotlin, and Spring.

• Strong expertise in front-end web technologies, including JavaScript and React.

• Deep understanding of web platform technologies, including REST and SOAP web service protocols.

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and multiple database/data store technologies.

• Ability to understand complex systems and explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience leading complex projects and guiding integrations across teams.

• Skilled in mentoring Senior Software Engineers and improving existing systems using engineering principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
