The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Summary:

  • Participate in all phases of software engineering life cycle and troubleshoot technical problems as needed.

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications, infrastructure, and platform according to changing requirements and following established processes and procedures.

  • Facilitating the integration of third-party services, applications and functionalities to enhance web performance

  • Monitor, test, analyze, and evaluate application performance; resolve issues and/or recommend improvements.

  • Test, debug, and/or oversee the testing and validation of applications to ensure that quality and functionality are in line with the requirements

  • Troubleshoot issues and problems, comes up with clear action plan(s) to resolve such issues, develops, tests and implement the agreed solution into production

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Programming experience with emphasis in applications and systems, architectural and database design and development.

  • Experience developing at all levels of the application stack (front end/UI, middle/services and back end/database) using .Net Framework.

  • Perform application design and programming activities in the latest technologies from Microsoft Frameworks.

  • Proficient with object-oriented and functional languages (C#, JavaScript)

  • Experience with web technologies: Restful APIs, Asp.Net, MVC, Angular JS, Web API.

  • Experience integrating APIs with enterprise systems and developing SOAP and REST JSON web services and clients.

  • Experience in designing data models and structures to store various kinds of data in different formats.

  • Experience in writing complex queries; experience working with Enterprise database management system (RDBMS) such as SQL or Oracle, and with stored procedures.

  • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

  • Proficient with SDLC project and process management tools and methodologies (Agile, waterfall, and other delivery methodologies)

  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience within a technology organization in the banking, financial services, or financial technology industries.

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or any cloud provider, preferably in Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Experience using API programming languages and frameworks implementing Restful APIs, Docker, CI/CD, Microservice Architecture, Serverless.

  • Knowledgeable on Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Education:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline

The typical base pay range for this role is between $87K - $123K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
