What are we looking for?
The Full Stack Developer will work collaboratively with the team to define, plan, develop, and test the Scaling Product. This role is crucial in ensuring the product meets user needs and business objectives. The position primarily focuses on front-end development (70%) with a significant portion dedicated to back-end development (30%).
What are you expected to do?
- You will collaborate with the team to create and define user stories, ensuring they are clear and actionable.
- You will determine the best approaches for developing new features, considering technical feasibility and user impact.
- You will develop and document test cases to ensure new features are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
- You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to develop software features as per the requirements.
- You will engage in stand-ups, sprint planning, and other product development activities, acting as a key voice of the customer.
- You will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user and business requirements.
- You will receive positive feedback from users regarding the functionality and usability of the product.
- You will receive positive feedback from fellow team members on collaboration, contribution, and code quality.
- You will collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer for strategic alignment and technical guidance.
- You will work closely with the development teams across locations to ensure cohesive and efficient development practices.
- You will partner with the Product Manager to align development efforts with product goals and timelines.
- You will collaborate with the UX Designer to ensure user-centric design and development.
- You will communicate progress, challenges, and successes to the CEO as needed.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Experience working in a startup environment or within a small, agile team, where adaptability, multitasking, and a hands-on approach are essential, is highly preferred.
- You have experience in Programming Languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript and React.js)
- You have experience in back-end technology such as Node.js (Koa), MySQL,Nginx / Caddy,Linux
- You have experience in AWS Cloud Services (EC2 and Amazon S3)
- You have experience in Version Control on Git, GitHub and Azure Repos
- You have experience in Software Engineering Practices such as Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- You have product strategy and project Management skills
- You are data-driven and have good decision making.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
