What We Do:

Our Product, Data, R&D, and Marketing teams in Tel Aviv play a central role in driving that experience across our global portfolio of brands. We build the platforms, tools, and data capabilities that power the entire customer journey- from acquisition and personalization to checkout, retention, and customer experience. Working at the intersection of technology, data, and business, our teams build the products, platforms, and capabilities that drive growth, improve customer experiences, and influence millions of customer interactions worldwide. Our R&D department is responsible for the backbone of the entire development process and infrastructure. We design, implement, and maintain the processes, methodologies, and technologies that allow and support the development of Resident’s platform while upholding high standards of quality, performance, security, availability, and agility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who brings strong ownership, and a practical, can-do mindset. You will join a cross-functional squad building business-critical applications and internal platforms that support Operations, Customer Support, CRM, analytics, and other core business functions. You will own features end-to-end, from understanding requirements and contributing to technical design, through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration in production.

You will partner closely with Product, DevOps, Data, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. As our teams and platforms continue to scale, you’ll play an active role in building and evolving our systems, contribute to technical decisions, and develop solutions that directly impact our operations, customers, and business.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business-critical applications supporting Operations, Customer Support, CRM, analytics, and other core business functions.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript, alongside user-facing features in React
• Work with microservices, event-driven architectures, third-party integrations, and large-scale data flows
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Data, and Engineering on technical solutions, code reviews, and continuous system improvements
• Identify opportunities to apply AI throughout the development process to solve problems, improve efficiency, and build better solutions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience developing server-side applications using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript, with frameworks such as Express or NestJS
• Hands-on experience developing user-facing features using React.js
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Understanding of microservices architecture and communication patterns between services
• Experience working with cloud platforms and services such as AWS or GCP
• Experience with ORMs such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or Mongoose, along with the ability to work with SQL
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services
• Understanding of system design principles, with experience working on scalable, production-facing systems
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and workflows effectively, with the ability to evaluate their outputs and impact
• Familiarity with modern development practices, including unit and integration testing, CI/CD, code quality, and observability - major plus
• Fluency in English and experience working with global, cross-functional teams
