We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience building and optimizing scalable web applications. You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to turn complex business needs into elegant, high-performance solutions through clean code, technical excellence, and collaboration.
About the role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions for a leading core and digital banking company. You’ll work across front-end and back-end technologies to deliver robust, secure, and user-centered products. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a product mindset—able to balance performance, scalability, and great user experience while collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Solid experience in web development using TypeScript (frontend and backend).
- Strong expertise in Node.js and frameworks such as Express.
- Proven experience building frontend applications with React and mobile apps with React Native.
- Experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
- Ability to design and develop efficient RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Solid knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
- Experience implementing security and authentication practices in web and mobile applications.
