About the role:
As Fullstack Developer, you will be part of a team responsible for building and maintaining our existing payroll application for the Belgian market: LOS21. Your customers are the hundreds of internal users of this application, and you play an essential role in improving their experience. Together with your colleagues, you improve customer experience every day by following up on new legislation, and simplifying their processes.

Which tasks can you expect?
Cooperating closely with the team to understand requirements for legacy applications
Contributing throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to maintenance
Devising solutions that are both functionally effective and technically robust
Troubleshooting, debugging, fixing, and implementing solutions
Participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities within the team
Providing third-line support to end users when required
Working independently and proactively identifying solutions
Handling periods of intensive workload effectively and efficiently
Collaborating with server and network support departments
What do you have to offer?
5+ years of .NET development experience within complex software environments
Practical expertise in WinForms application development
Strong SQL skills and database querying knowledge
Proficiency with Git and modern version control practices
Ability to work across both front-end and back-end technologies
Comfortable using Visual Studio as a primary development environment
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in software development
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent hands-on experience and expertise
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have
Knowledge of DB2 databases
Familiarity with NServiceBus messaging architecture
Experience working with Entity Framework
Understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
Exposure to ASMX web services
Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum development teams
