Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building scalable web applications and possesses deep, hands-on expertise with the Strapi Headless CMS. 

You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling our core products. You will take ownership of our content infrastructure, leveraging Strapi to its full potential, while also contributing across our entire technology stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services. This is a key role with significant impact on our product's architecture and future direction. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full stack (Node.js, React/Next.js, etc.). 

• Lead Strapi Implementation: Take the lead on architecting and managing our headless CMS using Strapi. This includes designing content models, developing custom plugins and policies, managing roles and permissions, and optimizing API performance (REST & GraphQL). 

• Front-End Development: Build responsive, high-performance, and accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. 

• Back-End Development: Develop robust server-side logic, define and maintain APIs, and integrate with third-party services. 

• Mentorship & Code Quality: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and advocate for software development best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and system observability. 

• Collaboration: Work in an agile-driven environment, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions. 

• Technical Strategy: Contribute to key architectural decisions and help shape the future of our technology stack. 
   

Required Skills & Experience 

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. 

• Strapi Expertise: Proven, in-depth experience building, customizing, and deploying applications with Strapi v5. Demonstrable ability to create custom plugins, controllers, and services ( Mandatory).

• JavaScript/TypeScript: Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript. 

• Back-End: Strong experience with Node.js (mandatory) and a framework like Express.js or Koa. 

• Front-End: High proficiency with a modern front-end framework such as React 19 and Next.js 15, Vue.js, or Svelte. 

• Databases: Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and a good understanding of database design and performance tuning. 

• APIs: Expertise in designing, building, and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. 

• Best Practices: Strong understanding of software design patterns, version control with Git, and automated testing (unit, integration). 

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
   

Desirable Skills 

• Experience with GraphQL in a production environment. 

• Familiarity with Azure cloud and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. 

• Contributions to open-source projects, especially related to Strapi.
