To support us in our mission, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our Customer Portal Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain key features of the customer portal, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and high performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers, playing a vital role in the team’s growth and success.

- Develop and maintain features for our customer portal, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Easy to work with.
- Sense of urgency
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a solid track record of web applications.
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g. Java).
- Strong understanding of database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, thriving in collaborative environments.
- Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the remote access or software industry.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in a dynamic, scaling software company.
