Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for bulk data editing using React.
- Utilize Java and React to implement user-friendly web-based UIs for importing and managing data at scale.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Hard Skills - Must have:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming, with experience in object-oriented programming, frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate, and debugging complex code.
- Solid knowledge of React for building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications, including expertise in components, services, and state management.
- Skilled in SQL Server, with the ability to write complex queries, create stored procedures, optimize database performance, and design and troubleshoot databases.
Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including experience with deploying applications, managing resources, and using tools like Azure DevOps or Azure SQL, is considered a plus.
Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:
- Proactive, taking initiative to identify and solve challenges while offering improvements without waiting for direction.
- Responsible, demonstrating accountability, reliability, and ownership of tasks to deliver high-quality work on time.
