Responsibilities
- Have an active role to improve and evolve our reporting platform and hosted applications.
- Take part in design and implementation of new UI applications using TypeScript/Angular
- Develop new and modify existing backend services implemented with Java Spring
- Work with Agile development techniques, including continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Be able to work with cybersecurity strategists to gather and understand requirements of applications and tools needed by them
- Be responsible for design decisions and buildout of web components that will be reused throughout the platform.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of TypeScript/Angular
- Good knowledge of Java backend frameworks (Spring)
- Familiarity with relational and object databases
- Knowledge and understanding of REST API’s and DBMS
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Experience with software deployment technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of open-source server platforms (Redis, Kafka, Elastic Search)
- Broad Understanding of DevOps tools and technologies (Git, Jenkins, Ansible)
- Experience with public cloud deployment and tool chain
- Experience with web standards (REST APIs, Web Security Mechanisms)
