Your mission:

As a Fullstack Developer (BE oriented) at Komodor, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our product across all teams. Whether it’s optimizing cost insights, building advanced troubleshooting capabilities, or developing Kubernetes-native agents and operators, you’ll work end-to-end on critical features — from design to production — in a fast-paced, CI/CD environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Komodor product
• Work across the stack to deliver new features from start-to-end
• Deploy new features to production and ensure they run smoothly at scale
• Improve performance and overcome scalability limits in high-volume environments
• Collaborate with your team to plan and prioritize the most impactful projects
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in Golang (and occasionally other languages)
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing and code reviews
• Stay ahead of emerging software engineering trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience (versatile languages is the best - Java, Python, C# etc).
• Experienced in FE languages in the last 2 years (JS, TS, React).
• Golang experience - Major Plus!
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes - Must
• Solid experience with Postgres
• Commitment to code quality
• Startup mentality: hands-on, collaborative, and adaptable
• A “can-do” approach, with a passion for building impactful, scalable products
