We seek a driven and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition strategy and enhance the user journey for both B2C and B2B segments. This role will focus on owning a strategy to generate leads through PPC, SEO, and social media while developing a comprehensive full-funnel strategy to increase brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the US marketing strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and employ innovative problem-solving skills.

  • Own budget, strategy, and execution for lead generation and full-funnel marketing
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including PPC, Paid Social, Display, and APP.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize acquisition and retention using data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deploy digital campaigns, enhancing user journeys and touchpoints.
  • Proactively identify trends and insights to recommend strategic enhancements in paid search and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to drive traffic, optimize conversions, and improve overall channel efficiency, including SEO.
  • Track and analyze complex customer journeys across multiple platforms, integrating insights for CRM optimization.
  • Report on acquisition and retention metrics using comprehensive data sources.
Requirements
  • Experience in SaaS lead generation marketing environments with large-scale clients 
  • Proven success in developing and optimizing data-driven campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their impact on lead quality and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and proposing effective solutions.
  • Creative judgment and a solid grasp of digital marketing principles, CRM, CLV, and attribution.

  • Experience building a full-funnel strategy from ABM (account-based marketing) to remarking campaigns
  • Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices to increase organic traffic 
  • Have been exposed to increased brand awareness in fast-growing companies with GTM strategy (Go to market)
  • Utilization of CRM data to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Datastudio.
  • Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
