We are seeking a talented, forward-thinking Full Stack Web/WordPress Developer to join our dynamic Marketing department. Key Responsibilities
- Responsive Web Development: Design and implement responsive web applications and landing pages using modern web technologies.
- WordPress Ecosystem: Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes from scratch, across both traditional and headless setups (no bloated page-builders here).
- Modern Frontend: Build and maintain frontend components with a modern JavaScript framework (React / Next.js) and a utility-first CSS workflow.
- AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilize modern AI development tools (such as Cursor and Claude Code) to pair-program, accelerate debugging, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize code efficiency.
- API & CRM Integration: Create and manage custom forms that integrate seamlessly with critical CRM and automation systems.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Maintain a clean, branch-based Git workflow, participating in code reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy features safely.
- Performance & Scalability: Optimize web applications for Core Web Vitals, ensuring maximum speed, flawless SEO foundations, and scalability.
- Troubleshooting: Debug issues rapidly across production and staging environments with a methodical, problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical/portfolio experience.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend & Performance: Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind and/or Bootstrap), and React / Next.js, plus optimization tools like Cloudflare.
- Core WordPress Stack: Strong proficiency in custom WordPress development with PHP, ACF, and Laravel-based theme frameworks such as WP Emerge (with Blade templating).
- Modern Tooling & Package Management: Experience using npm or Yarn, and Composer for dependency management.
- AI Literacy: Familiarity or hands-on experience integrating AI assistants like Cursor or Claude Code into your daily coding workflow to increase velocity and code quality.
- Git Proficiency: Solid understanding of version control systems (Git), including branching, merging, and handling pull requests.
- APIs & Backend: Basic to strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Node.js, and integrating third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Revenue Hero).
- High attention to detail, a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, and excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical/portfolio experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind and/or Bootstrap).
- Experience with React and Next.js and frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Cloudflare).
- Strong proficiency in PHP and custom WordPress development, including ACF and Laravel-based theme frameworks (e.g., WP Emerge) with Blade templating.
