As the Senior Associate Full Stack Web Developer, you will focus on implementing sophisticated user interfaces and seamless user experiences for a health assessment tablet application, working closely with the development lead to deliver pixel-perfect implementations. This role emphasizes frontend excellence with strong UI/UX implementation skills, while maintaining full-stack capabilities for backend integration. You will be responsible for translating design mockups into responsive, interactive experiences that work flawlessly across tablet devices, with particular attention to visual design details, animations, and user interaction patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing complex, responsive user interfaces from design mockups with pixel-perfect accuracy
- Developing sophisticated form flows and multi-step user experiences with smooth animations and transitions
- Building interactive visualizations and dashboard components with attention to visual design details
- Creating responsive, tablet-optimized interfaces with excellent touch interactions and mobile UX
- Implementing real-time UI updates and notifications using WebSockets/SSE integration
- Developing reusable UI components and design system elements for consistency across the application
- Integrating frontend components with backend APIs, handling data flow and error states gracefully
- Optimizing user interface performance, including smooth animations and responsive interactions
- Collaborating closely with designers to ensure design fidelity and propose UI/UX improvements
- Working with the development lead to maintain code quality and follow established patterns
- Implementing comprehensive form validation and user feedback mechanisms
- Ensuring cross-device compatibility and responsive behavior across different tablet sizes
Must-Have:
- At least 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development with strong emphasis on UI/UX implementation
- Proven track record of converting design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces
- Strong experience building tablet-optimized and mobile-first web applications with excellent UX
- Experience with complex form development, multi-step user flows, and interactive data visualizations
- Background in responsive design principles, CSS animations, and modern UI interaction patterns
- Experience with healthcare, fitness, or data-sensitive applications requiring security and compliance considerations (nice to have)
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and smooth user experience delivery
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling real-time data updates in the UI
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with rapid iteration and delivery cycles
- Expertise in AI-assisted development workflows, including effective use of AI coding tools for rapid UI development and debugging
