We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our R&D group and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle to ensure successful results. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about driving innovation and fostering collaboration within our cross-functional team, someone who can inspire teammates to seamlessly blend their expertise in frontend and backend development to create an accessible and user-friendly applicative layer. Your ability to simplify complex processes into a sleek and intuitive user interface, while also architecting intricate backend logic, is essential for enabling our customers to harness the full potential of our product right from the start. 

To join us, you need to demonstrate hands-on leadership while providing guidance and support, as well as assisting developers at the code level.

• Lead a team of developers, working on large-scale, complex and cutting-edge systems
• Develop and deploy innovative infrastructure solutions for a large developer community
• Simultaneously manage the delivery of multiple, complex, development projects from design to release
• Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed tightly. Drive all stakeholders to meet deadlines while maintaining the required quality standards
• Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in managing highly skilled developers, requires strong leadership skills that include, coaching, providing guidance, and inspiring the team
• Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, including release management, production deployments, and real-time observability of production metrics and logs
• Proven knowledge in the software industry with deep knowledge of:
• Single-page web applications (Vue.js experience is an advantage)
• Node.js/Express as a backend framework
• Micro Frontend or other large-scale client-side solution
• Modern web architecture
• Strong Problem Solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven, context-switching environment
