Job Description
- lead a group of enthusiastic software engineers, helping them achieve complex tasks using AWS architecture, GO and Angular, ensuring flawless execution from planning to production.
- Lead the team’s development efforts towards successful project delivery. Your guidance will be instrumental in driving our success.
- Develop and grow talents and define career paths through effective mentoring and coaching.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders in designing and analyzing various product and engineering initiatives. Your expertise will help shape our business strategies.
- Uphold high standards of software processes and quality within the team by establishing good practices. You’ll be the guardian of our quality standards.
- Ensure successful delivery that meets time, scope, and quality standards. Your role will be key in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Explore new technologies and tools to keep us using cutting edge solutions.
- Help guide and contribute to feature design and implementation to bring the product to the next level.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building highly scalable, interactive backend applications using GOLang and interacting with web applications using Angular.
- Have at least 2 years as R&D TL with strong leadership skills
- At least 2 to 5 yrs of hands-on experience on GOLang and Angular
- Experienced with microservice/event-oriented design and development.
