What are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for a senior, talented Fullstack Team Lead. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery from product definition to production and play a key role in aligning engineering with business goals. Reporting directly to the Director of R&D, you’ll manage a growing team, shape our architecture and tech stack, and be hands-on in writing and reviewing code.
You’ll be part of a fast-growing company with strong backing, and take full ownership of building, mentoring, and scaling your team. You’ll be in direct contact with multiple functions in the company, including product, customer success and sales, and you’ll get to impact the company business on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Lead a full stack development team with a strategic vision, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Architect robust solutions to complex technical problems, integrating the latest technologies in frontend and backend development.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by writing code and conducting code reviews, and improving standards.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of software development experience using Golang, React, TypeScript
- 2 or more years of experience in software development team leading.
- Proven experience in leading development teams while still being involved in hands-on development.
- Experience with Azure, IaC, Kubernetes, Docker, and PostgreSQL
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to work in a young dynamic startup environment
