We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%.
We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to guide a talented team in building and evolving our incident Management Platform. A high-scale, real-time processing system designed to help teams detect, respond to, and resolve critical issues efficiently. The platform ingests and analyzes logs, metrics, and tracing data in real-time, enabling customers to set up mission-critical alerts tailored to their needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of end-to-end development of our products and features, from design and scalability to production.
- Solve complex, high-scale problems and drive architectural decisions to ensure performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define priorities and enhance product quality.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, mentorship, and team-building initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development experience (required).
- Previous experience in a managerial role or leading a technical team.
- Proven experience with NodeJS.
- Strong expertise with Angular 2+ or React
- Experience with large-scale SaaS production services.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working experience with CI/CD workflows and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of K8S, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
