Full-stack Software Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and improve business innovation solutions and applications across the full stack throughout the software and product development lifecycle.

• Build end-user interfaces, databases, APIs, and server-side logic while maintaining both front-end and back-end components.

• Apply disciplined coding practices, design patterns, automation, and semantic versioning to ensure agility and high-quality delivery.

• Utilize development frameworks and third-party libraries effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis to ensure applications meet standards and user requirements.

• Develop detailed system design specifications to guide development.

• Assist in creating automated test harnesses for quality assurance.

• Perform technical “spikes” to mitigate uncertainty and risk.

• Troubleshoot errors, resolve bugs, and optimize software performance.

• Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to create innovative digital solutions and products.

• Build prototypes using diverse techniques and tools.

• Prepare documentation for deployment, maintenance, and support.

• Apply CI/CD practices, API development, DevSecOps principles, and database design.

• Conduct peer reviews for continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong experience in developing cloud-based applications.

• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks.

• Ability to design application architecture and understand cloud fundamentals.

• Familiarity with caching mechanisms and resilience strategies.

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

• Proficiency in web technologies, programming, and scripting languages.

• Experience with testing frameworks and tools.

• Knowledge of reusable patterns and platforms within organizational and community ecosystems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar.

• Familiarity with Ali, AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of API security, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate across teams.

• Experience with GenAI technologies, chatbot development, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
