Key Accountabilities:
- Overall Point of contact on assigned applications for business users, other members of the team, and other areas who have questions regarding the application.
- Create and maintain system documentation for assigned applications and processes
- Conduct interviews with business and technical experts to identify and communicate issues
- Develop an application in support of new processes, products, or system enhancements
- Assist in resolving routine application production problems
- Gather comprehensive information to be used in problem identification and resolution
- Managing the ticket lifecycle, keeping the users updated on the progress and closely following up resolution of the issues to relevant support teams.
- Provide post implementation support for all approved deliverables
- Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and perform system validations with scheduled system releases
- Act as business unit liaison with other business units when necessary
- Develop Business Requirements and specifications when necessary
- Analyze data and work with key stakeholders to develop creative solutions

Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:
The candidate:
- College degree or equivalent IT, Computer Science Experience
- Can translate a more complex technical problem into business terms
- Strong application development/programming skills
- Ability to quickly learn about opensource libraries
- Solution design mindset - Ability to constructively challenge business requirements, technical requirements and any other direction that is received, to ensure we are building the BEST solution
- Work well independently as well as in team environment as situation dictates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on a night shift
- 2-4 years of IT/Computer Science Experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Access, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Strong in .NET and C#
- Strong SQL Database skills
- Knowledge in javascript, angular
Soft skills:
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Very good understanding of the business units including product offerings, service, and management structure
- Must have strong customer service orientation
