  • Comfortable working across the full stack, integrating frontend applications with APIs and cloud services.

  • Background in platform, tooling, or developer experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate with partners and stakeholders.

  • Self-driven individual contributor who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

  • Passionate about mentoring and supporting the growth of new graduates and early-career engineers.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement scalable, resilient internal applications and dashboards using React and related technologies.

  • Develop and maintain GraphQL and BFFs that power internal tools.

  • Take full ownership of technical projects, driving them from conception to production, across both frontend and API integration domains.

  • Engage regularly with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts clearly.

  • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and high-impact delivery.

What We Value
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

  • Commitment to technical excellence and doing what’s right for the platform, the team, and Netflix.

  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to support team growth and cross-functional partnerships.
