Requirements:- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take initiative
- Proficiency in Flutter, PHP, MySQL, HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of Node.js, Docker, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Typescript, or React is an advantage
- Understanding of both front-end and back-end development principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, written and spoken
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in presenting technical products or solutions to stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to Germany (Munich) or Austria for meetings with clients and partners
- Experience with DevOps or MLOps
- Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and cloud applications
- Collaborate with the product manager to understand requirements and deliver high-quality user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
- Present developed products to stakeholders and address feedback
- Stay informed about new technologies and apply them to improve products and processes
