Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our agile, international team. You will design, implement, and evolve robust, scalable backend and frontend components. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to code quality, and a passion for delivering reliable products.
Job Responsibilities
Exp:- 10 -12 yrs
Deliver Full-Stack Features: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend(spring boot) and frontend (React) features. Uphold code quality, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Participate in Software Architecture Discussions: Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on technical choices and contribute to the improvement of architectural solutions.
- Contribute to Code Reviews and Technical Problem Solving: Review peer’s code, identify issues, and share solutions to build a robust product.
- Collaborate Across International Teams: Work closely with distributed teams, product owners, architects, and stakeholders. Ensure clear communication, alignment, and efficient coordination in an international environment.
- Contribute to Integration & Test Strategy: Help define, implement, and evolve the overall software integration and test strategy, focusing on performance, robustness, scalability, and endurance.
