We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team and lead the way on supporting a micro frontend (MFE) solution for a Professional Services firm.

As part of this role you will be architecting solutions, managing and working alongside with team members, guiding, coaching and leading the way in the design and implementation of new features and supporting the overall solution.

While the main needs are currently focused on the front end, you will also be contributing with the .NET backend supporting the solution.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine project requirements.
• Manage a team of 8 developers. This includes providing technical problem-solving support and PR reviews.
• Assist dependent satellite teams with their technical questions.
• Work with architects to come up with quality solutions to feature requests.
• Support development of a micro front end using React.
• Troubleshoot production issues and bugs and work with the team to resolve them.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with the scrum master to ensure smooth deployments.

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Strong experience with front-end development using React.
• Experience with backend development (.NET preferred) and comfortable looking at back-end code and logs when troubleshooting issues.

Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:

• ADO, the project uses that for deployments so comfort there is a major plus.
• Knowledge of JIRA and GitHub are a plus.
• Prior micro frontend development experience.
• Basic DevOps knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, will be interfacing with scrum masters, product owners, directors, etc. so being able to communicate clearly verbally and through writing is a must.
