v0 operates as a startup within a startup. We're looking for an Content and Growth Marketer who creates compelling content and distributes it strategically to optimize reach and engagement. You'll write technical content that converts developers, designers, and founders, then activate and inspire developer communities to amplify your message.

You'll be a hands-on growth marketer who writes as well as you strategize. You won’t just create content; you will build systems to get it seen by the right builders and turn communities into growth engines.

This is an IC role to begin with, reporting to the Head of Marketing for v0.

Content Creation

• Write technical tutorials and case studies that drive signups among developers, designers, and founders
• Transform V0's capabilities into compelling narratives for technical and product-minded teams

Distribution & Growth

• Create content for X, LinkedIn, Reddit and squeeze maximum value from each piece across channels
• Activate developer communities to organically share and amplify V0's message
• Track performance and turn winning content into repeatable systems that scale
• Build content-driven loops that compound organic acquisition over time

• You have proven abilities in developing content for both technical and non-technical operators
• You’re experienced across social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Reddit) with understanding of each platform's unique dynamics
• You can create engaging content across formats: video, written content, and visual assets
• You own a portfolio of content that drove measurable results — traffic, leads, signups, or product adoption
• You’re AI-fluent. You’re comfortable using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and scaling workflows

• Experience with React, Next.js, or modern frontend development
• Background at PLG companies or early-stage developer tools
• Event planning and community building experience
• Video editing and visual design skills

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is [$200,000-$225,000].  This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
