Why Join Us

Join a globally distributed team building mission-critical secured financing and collateral platforms. You’ll partner with the front office to deliver time-critical outcomes (e.g., collateral allocation, intraday funding/margin workflows) and build full-stack services used daily by trading and operations, gaining deep exposure to global markets while growing your engineering craft in a collaborative, learning-driven environment.

Team Profile

The Secured Financing Technology team supports Client Financing – Rates and Bank Resource Management, funding equity and fixed income assets across the firm.

You will work with trading, treasury, operations, and settlement teams across regions to run and evolve business-critical, time-sensitive systems.

Role Profile

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, continuous evolution, and successful delivery of secured financing and collateral management systems utilized throughout Client Financing and Bank Resource Management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and ship features across the stack (services, data, and UI) for complex secured financing workflows.

  • Support and enhance trading and collateral management platforms in a production environment.

  • Own delivery end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, release, and post-release support.

  • Improve engineering quality via peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and reliable deployment practices.

  • Balance production support and sprint delivery through a shared rotation (typically ~30% support / ~70% project work, varying with market activity).

The team operates globally across Asia, Europe, and the US.

You will work primarily with Java/Spring, Linux, and SQL, with exposure to Angular on the UI and Python/C++ in adjacent components and integrations.

We work in small, collaborative teams with a strong learning and knowledge-sharing culture.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring, building and supporting distributed services.

  • Strong relational database and SQL skills (e.g., Oracle/Sybase or similar enterprise RDBMS).

  • Proven ability to operate in time-sensitive production environments supporting business-critical workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working in global, cross-functional teams.

  • Self-driven with clear ownership of production issues and development deliverables.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Angular (or comparable modern front-end framework) and HTML5.

  • Background in financial services or capital markets technology.

  • Working knowledge of Python and/or C++ for services, tooling, or integrations.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
