We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded full-stack engineer who builds with urgency, curiosity, and care. You’ll partner directly with the founders to translate ideas, client feedback, and strategic needs into real, production-grade tools.

This isn’t just a role for implementing specs — it’s for someone who thrives in ambiguity, sees the edge of a fuzzy idea, talks to users, and ships features that stick.

As an early hire, you'll also help shape our foundational engineering principles and how we build as a team.

• Architect and scale RAG pipelines, agent-based systems, and LLM-powered workflows

• Fine-tune large language models for structured data extraction and automation

• Build developer-friendly APIs and interfaces for web automation

• Ship product features fast — with real usage and feedback

• Work closely with the team and customers to build what matters

• Stay ahead of the curve on LLM tools, embeddings, orchestration, and training

• Create elegant, resilient systems that just work

• Strong full-stack engineering experience (Python backend + Vue or equivalent frontend)

• A systems mindset — architecture, UX, and scalability are one conversation to you

• Hands-on familiarity with production level AI tooling: prompt design, agents, vector DBs, etc.

• Clear, proactive communication — you explain not just what you’re doing, but why

• Autonomy — you move quickly and make things real

• Pragmatism — you build what works, not just what’s elegant

• Built LLM-based agents, fine-tuned models, or designed RAG pipelines in production

• Contributed to open-source projects in AI, ML, or developer infrastructure

• Experience with AWS, Postgres, and scalable backend systems

• Trained or fine-tuned foundation models from scratch or with custom data

• Worked on web automation, scraping, or structured data extraction workflows
