Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Flutter Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across mobile and web. You will own features end-to-end, working closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences powered by Python-based backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (Dart) for Android, iOS, and Web
- Build, maintain, and scale backend services in Python (APIs, business logic, integrations)
- Develop reusable, scalable, and high-quality UI components and design systems
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with Flutter applications
- Work with databases and data models to support application features
- Collaborate with product, design, AI, and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness
- Debug, test, and optimize applications across multiple devices and platforms
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and follow clean coding standards
- Support deployment, monitoring, and production issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Strong backend development experience with Python (must-have)
- Experience developing and shipping apps for Android and iOS
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Solid understanding of state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming
- Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across the full stack
Good to Have
- Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Experience deploying Python services to AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift)
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or product-driven environments
