We are building Qale — an AI-native realtime communication platform designed for the post-email era.
We are looking for strong hands-on engineers who love building products at massive scale.
This is an engineering-first role focused on building, shipping, scaling and solving hard technical problems.
You will work on:
• Realtime messaging systems
• Modern web/mobile interfaces
• AI-native communication workflows
• Distributed backend services
• Voice/video collaboration features
• High-performance APIs and realtime infrastructure
• Low-latency user experiences at global scale
Tech environment:
• Go (Golang) / Rust
• React / React Native / TypeScript
• WebSockets & realtime systems
• Distributed microservices
• Cloud-native infrastructure
• AI and LLM integrations
What we’re looking for:
• Strong frontend or full stack engineering experience
• Experience with React, TypeScript and modern UI architecture
• Backend experience in Go, Rust, Node.js or similar
• Understanding of APIs, distributed systems and realtime applications
• Ability to move fast and take ownership
• Strong product and engineering mindset
Bonus:
• Experience building chat, collaboration or social products
• Experience with realtime communication systems
• AI/LLM product experience
• Startup or high-growth product experience
