As a Full-Stack Developer based in Hyderabad, you will be part of the GPS Product Development IT team, delivering advanced capabilities for pharmaceutical development, working on enterprise and in-house applications. This role requires a technically strong developer with deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks and a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end applications using React.js, Angular, and Node.js.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability, leveraging ReactJS and Tailwind for flexible, scalable development.
  • Implement server-side rendering (SSR) using Next.js and React Server Components.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with front-end code.
  • Utilize AWS OpenSearch for scalable managed search solutions, supporting faceted search and relevance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain structured schema and metadata management with PostgreSQL and S3 for durable storage.
  • Employ OpenSearch k-NN for simple similarity-based recommendations without additional infrastructure.
  • Utilize AWS Pinpoint and CloudWatch for native logging, event tracking, and low operational overhead.
  • Configure SNS and SES for serverless email and push notifications.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive features.
  • Work closely with back-end developers, data scientists, and product managers in an agile environment.
  • Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deployment and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to front-end architecture decisions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application performance and user experience.
  • Handle both front-end and back-end tasks independently when required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • Expertise in: ReactJS, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Next.js, React Server Components, REST APIs, and Web Components.
  • Experience with: OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, integration of AWS services (Pinpoint, SNS, SES, CloudWatch), FastAPI for backend, S3 for storage, and metadata management.
  • Defined schema changes and managed data migrations within PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of: Responsive design principles, Software design patterns and data structures, Performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Design jobs for Model Operationalization.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, streaming APIs, or Python-based backend APIs.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
