DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for the real world. We deliver a modern, AI-native platform that helps physical product businesses manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data across procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance in real time. Purpose-built to replace spreadsheet chaos and rigid, consultant-heavy ERP implementations, DOSS delivers fast time-to-value and stays adaptable as a business evolves. Through our Adaptive Resource Platform (ARP) and unified operational data model, teams can deploy quickly, automate workflows, and make changes without months of re-implementation. We recently raised a $55M Series B co-led by Madrona and Premji Invest, with participation from Intuit Ventures, Theory Ventures, General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, and Pathlight VC. We’re building the “Terraform for operators” — an AI‑generated schema layer driving a white‑labeled data warehouse that lets physical‑goods companies evolve their systems of record as fast as their business operations change.

Think AI foundation models driving schema migrations, real‑time observability across ops/finance data, complex git versioning of schema and data changes, and workflows you compose like infrastructure code.

• Iterate quickly with Design and other engineers to deliver super-fast, extremely intuitive experiences in the web browser.

• Contribute to technical roadmap and prioritizing features customer facing experience.

• Create flexible infrastructure and components the scale in a composable software setting (think tools like Retool, Airtable, Zapier, Figma, Notion)

• Design flexible EAV data model & schema‑as‑code platform that powers customer instances, balancing extreme flexibility with transactional integrity.

Experience

• Going from 0 to 1 in ambiguous settings.

• Fluent in Typescript, React, NextJS, and Tailwind.

• Familiar with GraphQL, Postgres, ORMs, Node (Express).

• Comfortable using internal APIs to build complex front-end interfaces and components.

• Familiarity with a variety of databases like Postgres, Elasticsearch, DuckDB, Memgraph (Graph DB), etc
