We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join one of our Software Engineering squads and build scalable, high-performance applications that support the company’s rapid growth. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies, and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we encourage you to explore the opportunity below.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript on the front-end, and Java or Python on the back-end
- Build well-structured and scalable APIs to support front-end and back-end functionalities
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of both client and server side applications
- Work in a cross-functional squad (FE, BE, QA Engineers, Product Manager, Designer)
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure software reliability
- Optimize applications for performance and security
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure seamless user experiences
- 3+ years of experience in web application development working with both front-end and back-end technologies
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript for building modern web applications
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot or Python and one of its framework for building back-end services
- Experience designing and implementing REST and GraphQL APIs
- Strong knowledge of CSS and UI development best practices
- A strong understanding of security principles and performance optimization
- Ability to write clean, modular and testable code
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience working on B2B SaaS products, FinTech, or HRTech
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS
- Familiarity with TDD and writing robust tests
- Experience working with Figma and collaborating with designers
- Experience using Storybook for front-end component development
- Previous experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Growing international Engineering team across Asia and Europe, working on an in-house product
- Work on cutting-edge technologies and a modern micro-services architecture
