Full Stack Engineer .NET (Preferred locations: Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia)

About the role

• We’re looking to hire a full-time Fullstack Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the design and delivery of solutions across the entire software stack to effectively meet customer needs and drive innovation.

What you'll do

• Collaborate to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the platform.
• Design and develop solutions for  .Net web applications, serving as the liaison in translating functional and system requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Write manageable and scalable code using best coding practices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues across the entire stack.
• Communicate daily with clients and EPIC about the status of work assignments. Attend required meetings, or notify of unavailability in advance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Web Applications and Web API development using .NET Framework and ASP.NET.
• Strong knowledge of API development and modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with VUE.js for front-end development.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as MS SQL and MySQL.
• Working experience with enterprise cloud technologies (Azure required; AWS a plus).
• Experience with .NET related frameworks is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• 4+ years of overall software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Azure (cloud infrastructure and services).
• DataDog with CI/CD monitoring and integration.
• Kubernetes – ability to run from a playbook (not required to build from scratch).
• Terraform (infrastructure as code).
• Kafka (event streaming and messaging).
• MongoDB (NoSQL database).
• Basic Snowflake query experience.

Language & Communication:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• MUST be proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish (85%).
