About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in building scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, along with familiarity in integrating AI-assisted development practices and tools into engineering workflows. The ideal candidate will have solid back-end and front-end engineering skills, hands-on experience with AWS, experience with Playwright is a plus and a solid understanding of modern application architecture. You will work across the full development lifecycle contribute to high-quality code, and help drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, security, and automation while integrating AI-assisted development practices to drive improvements in performance, reliability, security, and developer efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, including building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
- Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring-and collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective debugging and continuously identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through unit testing, adherence to coding standards, and CI/CD best practices
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Conduct AI-driven code reviews to identify defects faster and improve code quality and development efficiency
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives, including potential role, team, or shift adjustments based on business requirements

Join the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platform Services ( ETIPS ) team, driving innovation and reliability across core systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Solid experience building frontend applications using Angular (v8+), TypeScript, and common frontend build tools
- Practical experience deploying and operating applications on AWS
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities, ensuring secure software development practices
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to support development activities such as code generation, automated documentation, refactoring, debugging, or workflow automation
- Solid understanding of MongoDB and document-oriented database design
- Solid knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and modern CI/CD pipelines like Github Actions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical experience with Playwright or similar modern automation testing frameworks
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, or other container-based deployment technologies
- Experience integrating AI-powered features or services into application components or internal engineering frameworks
- Exposure to security best practices for cloud-native applications
- Familiarity with emerging AI/ML tools for developer productivity (e.g, AI agents, intelligent test generation, AI-driven static analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvements in code quality, automation, and testing coverage
