About The Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong frontend focus (about 80% frontend, 20% backend) to help build our next-generation AI Customer Service Agent. You’ll develop key user-facing features, integrate external APIs, and improve overall performance while working closely with the product and design teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in building the next-generation SaaS Customer Service Agent, responsible for the core architecture design and development of the AI Agent, ensuring seamless integration with existing products.
- Engage in full-stack development and AI Agent construction, optimizing key modules such as decision-making, task scheduling, and multimodal data processing for performance and stability.
- Integrate and call various external APIs to connect internal and external data sources.
- Continuously optimize the Agent’s usability, stability, and effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive rapid iteration and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong full-stack development capability, proficient in backend languages such as Python or Go, and good front-end experience including JavaScript / TypeScript and frameworks such as React, with clean and structured coding practices.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks related to Agent development.
- Strong problem-solving and independent working skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in using AI-driven development tools (e.g. Cursor) to improve front-end development efficiency.
- Experience in developing Agent systems or automation frameworks; experience in secondary development on Dify or Coze is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Fluency in English for daily work; management experience is an advantage.
