How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Design and develop web applications to support our external digital products
- Design and develop REST APIs and Event-driven systems using AWS (Lambda, EventBridge)
- Ensure a consistent experience across the entire product suite
- Design, write, test and deploy production-ready code leveraging agentic coding tools
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders across teams to continuously improve our applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development
- Participate in cross team software guild(s) to improve Beta’s software organization
- Develop and collaborate with Software Architecture Leads to maintain long term technical designs and roadmaps
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the development process
- Assess technical feasibility of project requirements
- Work with a team of software engineers to delivery high quality code in a regular release cadence
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field
- Experience with agentic coding tools (ex: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
- Experience working with Git version control
- Experience with React and NodeJS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Typescript
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
- Experience with sync engines (ex: ElectricSql, Convex)
- Experience with Tanstack Query
- Experience with React Native
- Experience with oRPC or tRPC
- Experience with AWS CDK
