This role is ideal for an engineer with 0–5 years of experience who enjoys building end-to-end web applications—working across frontend, backend, and databases—to deliver reliable internal tools and client-facing platforms that support data operations at scale. ## Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend UI, backend services, and database integrations). * Build responsive, accessible user interfaces and reusable components aligned with product and UX requirements. * Develop backend APIs (REST and/or GraphQL where applicable), implement business logic, and ensure secure data handling. * Integrate applications with databases; design schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize performance. * Implement authentication/authorization, role-based access, and secure session/token handling. * Write clean, testable, maintainable code; contribute to unit/integration tests and improve overall code quality. * Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on schedule. * Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation. * Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve observability through logging/monitoring where applicable. * Support deployments and releases; work with CI/CD pipelines and environment configurations as needed. ## Required Skills * Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development concepts. * Hands-on experience building frontend applications using a modern framework (Angular/React/Vue). * Experience developing backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS) and/or .NET/Java/Python frameworks. * Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication flows, and common integration patterns. * Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB), including schema design and query optimization. * Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices. * Ability to debug across the stack (browser dev tools, server logs, API testing tools) and resolve issues effectively. * Good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership for delivered features. ## Good to Have * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deploying web applications. * Exposure to Docker and container-based development workflows. * Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automated testing practices (Jest, Cypress/Playwright, etc.). * Understanding of security best practices (OWASP basics, input validation, secure secrets management). * Experience with performance optimization (caching, pagination, indexing, profiling). * Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI) and system design fundamentals. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 0–5 years of software development experience with demonstrable full-stack projects (professional, freelance, or strong portfolio work). ## Why Join Us? * Opportunity to build impactful platforms that support real-world data operations at scale. * Ownership and visibility: your work directly improves productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes. * Collaborative, growth-oriented environment with room to learn, lead, and expand responsibilities. * Competitive compensation and a team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement. ## Job Location Coimbatore, India ## Experience 0–5 years
