This role requires strong skills in C#/.NET, SQL development, and full‑stack engineering, with the ability to leverage both traditional code and low‑code capabilities through the Microsoft Power Platform.

- Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards
- Apply Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate processes and extend application capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and iterate in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and support deployed applications in production environments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field), or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
- 2+ years hands-on experience building full stack applications, including backend (e.g., C#, Java, or similar) and frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Experience designing and working with relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint integration, or Azure services.
- UX/UI design sensibility and ability to build user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling JSON-based data workflows.
- Strong SQL development experience, including optimization and complex query design.
- Experience working in Agile teams and using version control systems like Git.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) in both traditional and low-code environments.
