We seek an experienced and talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptive, confident, and thrive on making a difference. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate who wants to make an impact while learning new skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications' front-end and back-end. In addition, this role will help design and implement enterprise software, services, and reporting.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our enterprise and web applications, creating user-friendly interfaces, implementing robust APIs, driving automation, and contributing to the overall architecture of our software solutions.
You will also support existing enterprise applications and seek automation opportunities throughout the business. This hands-on development role will require architecture, design, implementation, and execution to be highly efficient and high-quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and responsive web and mobile applications with a strong focus on user experience.
- Implement and manage databases, including creating schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity.
- Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications.
- Automate tasks and processes using appropriate tools and scripting.
- Review, debug, and optimize code for quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in validation and verification testing.
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Solid understanding of software, hardware, networks, and security fundamentals.
- Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. permanently.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience building responsive web apps with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Proficient in C# and .NET 5+, including ASP.NET Core and API development.
- Skilled in SQL and relational database design.
- Comfortable with backend concepts like async programming, connection pooling, multithreading, and background workers.
- Familiar with MVC, Git, and agile workflows.
- Exposure to SaaS data warehousing tools is a plus.
- Certifications in development or security are a plus.
- Experience working in a lean or start-up environment is a plus.
