What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who has a strong background in Ruby on Rails and is excited to learn and work with ReactJS and NodeJS. If you are a Rails expert with a passion for expanding your skillset into the world of JavaScript, we want you to join our team! While Rails will be your primary focus, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like React and NodeJS, as we build modern, scalable web applications together.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain full-stack applications primarily using Ruby on Rails, with a growing focus on React.js and Node.js
• Design and implement front-end components using React.js while building powerful back-end services with Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring features to life and ensure seamless integrations
• Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and develop RESTful APIs
• Contribute to building robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Docker to streamline deployment and integration processes
• Be a part of shaping our microservices architecture and ensuring high scalability and performance

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails (you’ve built and maintained Rails applications in the past)
• Eagerness to learn and grow your expertise in React.js and Node.js
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and modern front-end frameworks
• Basic understanding of containerization and microservices (Docker)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus (using Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.)
• Bonus: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, Aurora, CDN)
