Summary:
Seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and leading the development of both front-end and back-end solutions using technologies such as Angular, React.js, Node.js, and related stacks. This role involves solutioning, designing, and leading the implementation of websites, planning rollouts, and ensuring best practices are followed. The website will feature a modular design following a service-oriented architecture, integrating with CMS, CRM, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of full-stack solutions for our websites.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create engaging and efficient web experiences.
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end and back-end architectures.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Plan and execute website rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Maintain and improve the website by implementing best practices and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Implement a modular design following a service-oriented architecture.
- Integrate the website with CMS, CRM, and other platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Angular, React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience in Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS).
- Proven ability to lead and manage development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Back-End Technology Stack: Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, SQL databases, RESTful APIs, and server-side languages like Python, Java, or PHP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other front-end and back-end frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of database management and integration.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in performance optimization and security best practices.
- Knowledge on SEO and Web Analytics is preferred
