Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end development with a focus on TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS cloud services. A deep understanding of AWS Cloud infrastructure, including services like EC2, AWS Batch, and VPC is preferred for this role. Candidates must be fully authorized to work in the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript and Node.js
- Design and implement database solutions using PostgreSQL
- Build and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, AWS Batch, VPC, and other relevant AWS offerings
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage them with Kubernetes
- Contribute to front-end development using Angular
- Implement event-driven and cloud-native architectural patterns
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Design and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AWS Cloud infrastructures
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development
- In-depth knowledge of AWS infrastructure services, including EC2, AWS Batch, VPC, and related networking concepts
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Angular framework and front-end development practices
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and cloud-native patterns
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Continuous learner, keeping up with the latest trends in web development and cloud technologies
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English
Additional Skills (not required):
- Experience with Redis for caching and session management
- Proficiency in shell scripting for automation tasks
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Familiarity with Helm for Kubernetes package management
- Experience with Python and Java programming languages
- Expertise in AWS security best practices and compliance standards
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus
