Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and customized software solutions. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in web development, experience with modern frameworks, and an interest in using AI-augmented development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end components.

• Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.

• Develop and maintain back-end services using Spring Framework, Quarkus, or .NET.

• Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful web APIs and gRPC services.

• Work with databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

• Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and solve technical challenges.

• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback.

• Contribute to the design and development of scalable applications using microservice architecture.

• Explore and apply AI-augmented software development tools to support coding, debugging, design, and code quality.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development practices, and industry trends.

• Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes and software quality.

You are a motivated and collaborative developer who enjoys solving problems and building high-quality software. You are comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies, eager to learn new tools, and able to work effectively with colleagues in an international environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with 3–5 years being the target range.

• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Quarkus, or .NET.

• Practical experience with React.js and TypeScript.

• Experience developing and integrating RESTful web APIs and gRPC services.

• Familiarity with microservice architecture and Kubernetes is an advantage.

• Experience working with MSSQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of software development best practices, code quality, testing, and documentation.

• Familiarity with AI-augmented software development practices, including tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, or similar, to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support debugging and design tasks.

Technical Exposure

Experience or practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desirable:

Frontend Development

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• React.js and TypeScript.

• Responsive web application development and user interface best practices.

Backend Development & APIs

• Spring Framework, Quarkus, or .NET.

• RESTful web APIs and gRPC.

• Microservices and scalable application design.

Databases

• MSSQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

• Database design, querying, performance, and data management.

Cloud, Containers & Development Practices

• Kubernetes and containerized application environments.

• Version control, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD concepts.

• AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, or similar.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.

• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and explore new technologies.

• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and software quality.

• Ability to manage priorities and deliver work in a dynamic development environment.

This position is based in Hong Kong and may involve international travel for project implementations, meetings, training, and support activities. Candidates must be willing to travel internationally and able to obtain the required passport and visas.
