What is the Corpsite team and why join?
The Corpsite team owns wwt.com, WWT’s public digital front door and the primary way customers, partners, and IT practitioners discover who we are and what we can do. The site is far more than marketing pages: it is a content and community platform where practitioners read technical articles, watch expert briefings, follow learning paths, join discussion forums, request labs and workshops, and connect with WWT experts. Our mission is to make that experience fast, accessible, and genuinely useful — so that every visit moves someone closer to solving a real technology problem.
Joining Corpsite means your work is visible. Features you ship are used by thousands of visitors, and you will see the impact in engagement data within days rather than quarters. You will work across the full stack on a modern JavaScript codebase, partner directly with design, content, marketing, and SEO teams, and have real ownership over the areas you build.
Here are some examples of the kind of work the team takes on:
- Building and evolving content experiences on wwt.com — articles, videos, case studies, and expert briefings — with a focus on discoverability and performance.
- Improving site-wide search and recommendations so practitioners can find relevant technical content quickly.
- Migrating and modernizing key areas of wwt.com onto an upgraded Nuxt application, improving page performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Developing personalization features that tailor content and calls to action based on a visitor’s interests and history.
- Partnering with SEO and analytics stakeholders to instrument the site and turn engagement data into product decisions.
- Applying AI and LLM-based capabilities to site experiences, such as content summarization, semantic search, and automated content quality checks.
- Strengthening the platform underneath the site — CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and Core Web Vitals — so releases are frequent and low-risk.
What will you be doing?
As a Full Stack Developer on the team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and delivering quality software that is thoughtful and maintainable. Your primary focus will be developing new features leveraging JavaScript, NodeJS, and Vue.js. You will work mostly independently, taking solutions from scratch through to production, and you will partner closely with fellow developers, designers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into working software.
Responsibilities:
- Build functional software and deliver technical solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations using web and AI technologies.
- Ensure software and solutions scale well, are cost-effective, and adhere to software development best practices.
- Write thoughtful code that is maintainable and efficient, applying best practices so work ships with few quality issues and very little rework.
- Peer review the team’s work and identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to technical discussions.
- Solve loosely defined problems self-sufficiently, asking good questions to close gaps and escalating blockers early.
- Interact directly with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and needs.
- Demo solutions, communicate status to stakeholders at all levels, and articulate how the work you are doing is adding value.
- Take features from scratch through to production, choosing the right tool for the job.
- Pick up work in unfamiliar areas of the stack and get yourself up to speed with minimal mentoring.
- Participate in ideation sessions and sprint planning. Help foster a team-first environment grounded on an understanding of and a commitment to the WWT Core Values.
