Full Stack Developer

What You’ll Do:

• Design Scalable Systems: Develop and maintain full stack web applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and clean architecture.
• Frontend Development: Build engaging, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Backend Development: Create efficient APIs and business logic using Go or NestJS, integrated with PostgreSQL and GraphQL.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, support junior developers, and help establish best practices.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and AI/infra engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Contribute to Architecture: Participate in shaping the technical direction of our platform and services.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript
• Professional experience using Go or NestJS in production
• Practical knowledge of GraphQL and PostgreSQL
• A strong understanding of modern backend patterns (e.g., microservices, queues, auth, caching)
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior developers
• A proactive mindset and the ability to take full ownership of features or systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, distributed environments

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with monorepos, CI/CD pipelines, or tools like Turborepo/Nx
• Familiarity with DevOps, observability, or infrastructure-as-code
• Exposure to AI/LLM technologies for building AI driven features and writing code
