Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Flutter for Android & iOS.
Backend experience using Node.js, NestJS, FastAPI, Django, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, API integration, authentication, and authorization.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or MongoDB.
Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Good understanding of secure coding, application security, scalability, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile app publishing is preferred.
Exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, device management, digital safety, or consumer technology platforms is an added advantage.

Skills Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
4-6 years hands-on experience in full stack development
Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
Proficient in back-end technologies (Python, Node.js, Java)
Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL API design
Database management (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience integrating HR or manpower management systems (advantage)
