We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support digital transformation and service modernization projects. The successful candidate will work as part of cross-functional teams responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting modern digital services.
The role involves working across multiple projects and collaborating closely with Product Owners, designers, developers, and other technical team members to deliver user-focused and maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- Participate in technical discovery, research, and project planning activities.
- Contribute to field research and user interviews when required.
- Lead technical discovery and create technical diagrams and documentation.
- Design and develop scalable software solutions based on business and user requirements.
- Develop and enhance features for production applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and non-functional defects.
- Improve application code quality, development tooling, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with frontend-designers to deliver solutions with a consistent user experience.
- Work closely with Product Owners to evaluate technical implementation options.
- Support solution deployment, launch, and ongoing production development.
- Develop reusable components and common technical capabilities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Support onboarding of technical team members.
- Contribute to improving development, testing, quality, and delivery practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an Agile environment.
- 3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
- 3+ years of experience working with database technologies, including relational databases and alternatives.
- 3+ years of experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and technologies.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development
